We pack our products with a lot of care so that it reaches our customers safely. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damaged product and box within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please make an unpacking video on receiving parcel, to facilitate smooth processing.

  • The product should be in unused condition and not tampered with.
  • The product box packing should be intact.
  • The request to refund for slight colour difference will not be honoured.
  • The refund will be processed only once the product reaches our warehouse and we are satisfied that product is unused and intact.
  • Refund will be processed in same payment mode with which you made the purchase.
  • Please note certain products are exempt from being returned, for example products operating on Button Cells will be exempt.
  • Please check the address and pin code and phone number carefully at the time of placing the order. Re-shipping in case of returned orders, due to an error in shipping details, will be done with an extra charge of Rs 350 per package. Failure to pay same will lead to cancelled order with no refund.
